Amber from the east flagstaff location was very helpful assisting me with my banking needs. Her intelligence and knowledge was very impressive, she walked me through the process with great professionalism. Amber made everything very smooth and easy. I am very grateful for her assistance. Opened a new account today with Eric Wong.I have never had better service at any other bank. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He truly cares about his customers. Will definitely be going back to him in the future for my other banking needs.

Eric Wong offered wonderful service assisting me with my banking needs. He is extremely knowledgeable has helped me build both short and long term goals as a young adult trying to establish credit and set myself up financially. The staff is awesome!!! However management doesn't seem to want to give any of them hours. Every single time I come in there is one teller for the lobby and drive through. I don't think I have ever spent less than 30 minutes waiting in line and I've spent much longer than that on more than one occasion. Definitely probably faster to go to the butler branch.

I love my local OneAZ Credit Union! All the staff there are so helpful and friendly, they are a real community bank. Today Griffin and Ashlyn helped me with a fraud problem while Kaden did my deposit. They are all efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for your banking needs.
