Bad customer service from the higher ups. Typical banker greed and indifference. I'd give a lower rating except CFCU's tellers have always been super kind, professional, and helpful. Shoutout to Taylor, Kristen, and Monica for going above and beyond! The higher ups could certainly learn from them.

good experiences overall. I have a loan and some sort of account that i dont use expect to store some unknown quantity of money . I do most of my banking at another CU went here for line of unsecured credit, happy with rate and terms of loan. not happy with online portal, its probably good for such a small operation though. customer service ranges from good to great.

Talked to Erica over a credit card matter and she was with me the whole time as I was trying to get my account unlocked I greatly appreciate her going out of her way to make sure I got everything fixed. Great service. Give her a raise please!!!!!

I love this bank, has been good to me for years.... But I just got off the phone with the rudest employee. Maybe Jennifer was just having a bad day. I can understand that. But if you can't have proper customer service rapport, than maybe you shouldn't work in the CS "industry". Trully disappointed in the way I was talked to over the telephone.

As far as getting help w credit/loans they were very helpful. I think I only dealt w one rude lady over the phone.

Horrible customer service from the “Assistant Branch Manager” we pulled out on our loan completely completely and left due to the poor attitudes. No where we would trust with our money.
