My wife got a denial letter. We never applied for anything from this company. Called to find out what was going on. They wanted my wife's SSN to find her information. My wife was not comfortable giving that as she never applied. They said that's the only way they can look it up. The letter even had an application number. This is absurd. Why would anyone give out there SSN when some type of fraud is going on.

Horrible service. Horrible staff. Horrible everything. Interest is outrageous! You deal with incompetence as soon as you walk in. I have been dealing with issues for months! They keep losing my information so they call about me all day wanting my payment that should be automatically taken out. They say they'll email you, then lose all your information. So you need to go down to their office and sign paperwork. They told me they'd have it ready when I got there. It's not! I'm waiting 15 mins because they don't have my information! Then have the audacity to ask for personal information outloud in front of everyone! Don't come here!!!

By far the WORST company I’ve ever pulled a loan from. interest is beyond unreasonable and they do nothing to help in reference of doing business with them. They charge insane fees and offer no help especially when the break out from covid and since then has been deceiving. I recommend finding a better company to do business with.

The staff there is amazing, being friendly. Always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Not to mention they have help me increasing my credit rating reporting every month.
