Presto loan ask for me them call if I ran into any issues and they take my car for not paying them for 2mo that come up to $200.00 I never saw a car place that take your car $200.00 and I Ben paying on time. And more then I suppose too .I let them know I was in a car accident and that didn't matter, the real reason the car man take My car is because I talk to him and let him know my situation and he thought I hang up on him , I get a voicemail with him on it talking about I hang up on and the next thing my car get repo SMH. This not a place you want to get a loan from cause if you miss one payment they will come get your car for real . The car man told if I am one day late on my payment he can come take me car ....Never again Bad Business

I had a loan with Cash 1 and they are crooks. I came over here he presto and spoke with Nadine she's very professional and kind. My payments got knocked down in half. This company is a God sent. I really appreciate companies like this. I would recommend this company to everyone and I will. Thank you presto for making my life easier and being able to save some money is going to be nice once again thank you Presto and Nadine

I paid off my loan on the 18th of October and it's now the 30th and there's still a lean on my car. I was told it was already released on the 22nd And it wasn't until my 4th phone call that I was told there was an issue with my electronic title release so they had to manually release it. Per the MVD it must be electronically released but no one seems to care or be in a hurry to figure out how to release my title back to me. I got the feeling that the manager could careless if and when I get my title back. She didn't even call to tell me there was an issue in the first place and they had to manually do it. No one knows the time frame this is going to take or what the original problem was as to why it would work electronically to begin with. All I know is I had a buyer for my car and he chose to buy a different car because of this title mess and it not being released so I can sell it. Eric is the only reason I'm even giving a star at all. He was the only person that went above and beyond to help me and the only good part of my dealings with them.

I've done title max 3 times to expensive. Presto so much better, Payments that I can afford, they work with you if you gonna be late. Thanks for the help, much appreciated!! I definitely recommend PRESTO to Everyone!!! Thanks Again!!

Vicky was very nice and helpful. Managed to refinance my loan to a better rate and terms. Only took 1 hour to get everything done. Definitely recommend going to them for refinance on title loans if you're unhappy with your current terms.
