I was attempting to establish a business relationship with a local lender as my lending situation is unique . Spoke with the branch manager at this location and explained some of the issues I had with amerisave as that company was who I was working with at the time and did not wish to continue the investment property refinance with them as they were unresponsive to email traffic and had a poor track record for returning phone calls in a timely manner. The branch manager assured me that would not be a problem and they would exceed expectations........ The loan officer I was assigned would selectively respond to email corraspondance, gave conflicting information, and appeared overwhelmed. When I asked about an email that was not responded to the response I was given was " I get hundreds of emails a day". I was told documents that were not asked for were "missing" after the fact and they were waiting on me to provide them. Had I known the process would be more complicated I would have stayed with Amerisave. I attempted to resolve the issues by getting ahold of the branch manager again. I left a message on his given cell phone number but after a week of no call back and not being informed by my loan officer that they needed a new appraisal done, I decided to pull my loan application and will seek a more professional lender.

Celeste gave me advice and walked me through the whole process.. I was probably super annoying with my questions and my doubts.. but she helped re assure me and help me into my first house
