Not a welcoming branch. They have unfriendly and rude personnel working at this branch. I went in for help with my account, and the issue was not resolved. This bank is very bland and plain. This bank and personnel at this branch dont make you feel welcome or do they act like they want your business or want to help you. Can't wait to transfer my accounts elsewhere.

Not a community bank. Traveling through Kingman which will soon be my home, stopped at this Community Bank that looked friendly, to break down a couple of hundred dollars into smaller bills and ran into a couple of drive-through banking Nazis behind the counter.Nope, they would not break a $5 bill. Park your car, take an hour of your time, come in and open an account. What ever happened to that friendly hometown bank that used to be there to serve everyone. Not Horizon Community Bank. Lost my business for good.

Laura, Paris and Kenny are great. This is true, but not a very good description of today's experience. Upon arrival for this visit, I was greeted very warmly by all 3, Laura helped me this time. I explained my issue; that I could not figure out how to make the app text me letting me know of a transaction in real time Laura called tech support and within a very short time: MAGIC!! Issue resolved. Such wonderful experience.

Laura so friendly & so helpful- she answered my 9000 questions, too. We had 30 minutes to get an account open and out of there; she got it done right on time. We’ve been apprehensive to switch from credit union in Oregon but so far, we’re very happy.

I’ve always loved Credit Unions (they are all connected so you can deposit and withdraw from practically anywhere)…so no surprise that I love this one! Personal service in the branch…. they know your name! We even do business banking here! Just check them out!!!
