I've been in Lake Havasu for 5 1/2 years. I have been associated with First Savings Bank BEFORE I moved here. Vickie was amazing in helping me with retirement accounts, transferring of funds. First Savings Bank stepped up when I needed them after my business was mandated to shut down due to Covid. When my big bank that I've been a customer with for nearly 2 decades failed to assist me during the trying times, I looked to a smaller, more local bank. Vicki Sayre and Valerie Carey were professional, timely, and obviously care about members of their community. I felt right at home and confident working with them. I highly recommend opening up an account with them- I felt important doing business with them; Unlike my experience with my big bank that pushed me to the bottom of the list and took care of million dollar companies first.
