Havasu Community Credit Union, Lake Havasu City, AZ

This Financial Institution did not close a joint checking/saving account as directed. They charged 7.00 per month for 2 months then closed it with a derogatory comment on our credit report for 14.00$. If you are a person that views your credit score as a nuisance then this is the bank for YOU!

Love this place. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful.

We had an account with LA Financial for years and never had an issue with this company until it was time for our account to be closed and the closing balance to be mailed to us. Josh the representative that was in charge of closing the account and sending us the balance check repeatedly lied about when the account was being closed, how it was being sent to us, and about it being sent at all. Very disappointed that our business with a company we trusted for years has ended this way. I will never do business with them again.

We have been so happy that we left Wells Fargo and switched to this local CU. We met Kim Milacki the first time we walked into the branch and she has been helping us ever since! She has always gone that extra step (sometimes a mile or so lol) to insure we get the greatest deal and the best service! We appreciate you!

Brand new building that was a long time coming. Directly behind Starbucks and across from Big lots. Was a bit disappointed that there is no actual drive-thru , there are two Walk up ATMs in the front of the building with parking spaces directly in front of these at the front entrance. Where the adequate but not super convenient wheelchair accessible ramp is they're still a 40 to 50 ft distance from ramp to nearest ATM.

A lot of tourist pass through here so WARNING if you are not from here DO NOT use this bank their ATMs don't work and they DO NOT take responsibility for them ..the customer service from supervisor is even worse no help what so ever ..make the trip to needles there is a bank there !

My debit card has been hacked 4 times this year 😡. Two weeks ago I went in for a replacement card, the machine is down, I call the main branch and the CSR was absolutely RUDE. Alisa at the Havasu branch could care less. I have taken my business elsewhere. These people are rude, unethical and uncaring …
