Check Into Cash, Maricopa, AZ

Check into Cash has given me the opportunity to pay my bills on time. I could not be any more happy with the great customer service that they always provide each time I stop and use there services. I highly reccommend them if you live in Maricopa. Natasha is always so friendly and energic when she helps me, Sandra who sits in the back always greets me as I walk into the clean store. The manager who is always with customer explaining the process of getting and title loan goes above and beyond. The team that runs the store is amazing and knowledgeable of their jobs.

I'll be staying away from this place. 3 out of the last 4 times, I walked in to pick up a western union. The first time I went in, it was great. Fast and efficient. The last 3? Not so much. I either get "It locked me out" or it's down. Yet, Frys and Bashas all have no issues whatsoever. Only thing this place is good for is getting a loan at 300% interest. Place needs to shut down or let a competent company take it over. Waste...

I love this place, they always help me in a time of need. I lost my registration they charged me a small fee and printed me a new one so I could have it in case I ever needed it. Alfonso is always finding ways to make my life easier. I sincerely appreciate everyone one there. Thanks for all being so helpful and pleasant.

The staff at Check Into Cash in Maricopa have gone above and beyond to help me during the most difficult times of my life. The service they provide can not be compared to any other lending company. What I appreciate the most is the integrity, moral and kindness they have treat me. I highly recommend Check Into Cash in Maricopa to whom ever is in search of title loan.

These people are terrible. The interests rates are insane. About a $3,000 loan would cost $18,000 according their amortization schedule. The staff are very rude and have zero customer service skills. You agreement states that you will get a reminder call two days before your payment is due. Expect to get several rude phone calls starting at two weeks prior to our due date. If you try to make a principal only payment, the staff will misinform you and put your money toward a prepayment on interest that hasn't accrued yet. I made a payment several days prior to my due date. I had extra money and asked to have the additional put toward the principal. The cahier (who I also think is a manager) told me that she posted the money toward the principal. I found out later it was actually posted toward interest that hadn't even began accruing yet. When I inquired about this later, I got a terrible attitude from the staff and was told that making a principal only payment was possible but complicated. I desperately searched around, making many phone calls and finally was able to negotiate a refinance at a much lower rate than Check into Cash. My advice to you, do not patronize this business unless absolutely EVERYONE else has turned you down. Even then you are doing so at your own risk. After refinancing I was able to easily payoff the loan because I wasn't accruing interest at 150%. The staff at the new loan company was much more professional and friendly.
