Desert Financial Credit Union, Maricopa, AZ

I am a new client w/Desert Finc.. I am so pleased with my experience with this Credit Union. We have one location in my small town and the staff is always incredible! Never much of a wait & always friendly. I made an appt. online to speak w/a loan officer. It was very simple. When I met Samatha she showed the same professionalism w/a personal touch. Answered all my questions, offered options, and was never in a rush w/me. I WILL remain a loyal customer & will never go back to big banking! Thanks

What happened to true customer service, when did we stop being a credit union and become a banking conglomerate. Time has passed us by and so has desert schools. True empathy has disappeared along with customer service, just try calling and find out. So sad wish I could give no stars. .

Just incredible. Was signed up for 2 new accounts with new debit card and paper checks; was all done in about 45 minutes and a lot of that was waiting while I made some calls to get info needed for balance transfers. The personal banker, Dakota, made the entire process fast and painless. Very professional and friendly! Best credit union around, highly recommended!

Yesterday Chandonet helped me open a new checking and savings account. She was prompt and polite. Chandonet recommended products that made sense for my situation. She was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

I can see why the branch has a 3.7 on Google. The employees are horrible. I would never bank here in a million years. I asked if I can have a 100 dollar bill for five 20s and was told no because I don't have an account. With that response I never will have an account there.
