I recently had a life-altering situation happen unexpectedly and needed to take care of my account right away! The assistant manager was there for me that morning when they opened making certain to explain everything I needed to do and going over it with me. They all helped me ease my mind and were so kind and attentive each time I came back. Elizabeth the branch manager was so patient with me she sat with me and took care of everything and made all the changes necessary and walked me through everything step by step explained it and never made me feel rushed until everything was taken care of correctly. These are the hometown personal touches that make banking here so great!

The staff at Copper State Credit Union are great. I recently had an issue that was outside the scope of my normal online banking routine. I went into the Payson branch and Travis was able to take care of everything. When you say " We pride ourselves in member service" it shows.
