Fees are the lowest, but the most important thing are the people that work there. You will notice the atmosphere as soon as you go in there. Not your typical bank feel. Very personable. It's really a great place to bank and great people to deal with as well. They even serve cookies Mondays and Fridays. What are you waiting for? A no brainier!

Just when it seems you have to lower your expectations for quality service with humane interactions, people like Joanna Plues will restore your faith. So much more than a personal banker. I found her accommodating, efficient and quite pleasant. She was leaving for vacation and did not let that distract her from helping me open a new account. So pleased with my transaction at this branch on Friday 7/26/19. Thank you.

Been with WaFd bank for 17 yrs all I can say is the service is more than 5 stars as far as I'm concerned. Joanna Plues is my personal banker excellent at her position here in Payson AZ. The crew here at this branch live to work at a higher standards. Always great to step in through the doors and see smiling faces.

You have wonderful tellers but my favorite Joanna Plues she is so helpful and a very nice person.
