First time I went in they were happy to cash my pay check, but charged more than what the rate board said it would be. Figured one and only time I will use them. But then the store called me and politely asked for my business again. So about a week later I figured I would try them once again. Arrived and went through the process of trying to cash a paycheck, but this time because it was my company, they refused to cash it... I went across town to my bank and they happily took care of it for me. I will not use Ace again... overcharged first time, just turned away second time... just a waste of time and they overcharge based on their posted fees and what they really charge. You may think you are saving time, but it's quicker for me to go across town than to have my time wasted at ace. Please don't call me again, I was stupid to give you a second opportunity, but you won't get a third opportunity. It's sad they post multiple reviews to counteract any negative. You can tell bot generated by overly proper punctuation and error free spelling.

5/5 stars for ACE beating the competition and cashing my big check. Araceli was awesome , polite and professional. She got me to come in, after I got 2 higher prices from the competition. Paying fees aren’t ideal but I saved some money and I’m glad I came in.I’m satisfied and will definitely be back, and send her some referrals .

Daniela was very helpful and polite. She went over all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. This is my second time taking out a loan with them and I would definitely recommend ACE Cash express if you’re going through any financial hardship.

I had contacted multiple locations that handle Moneygram processing but none were able to handle the business I had. So, I contacted Irene J. who was professional and stated they could help me. I arrived a few minutes later to a clean and organized office. Irene recognized my voice was professional, polite and curtious. I showed ID, signed paperwork and received the funds. I appreciated the speed and professionalism displayed and before leaving she informed me of the office location move which was appreciated.
