OneMain, thank you for being there in a time of need. Just to shed some light these loans are hard to get out of. One main also does things like send you a check without the actually stub that comes with it. Definitely seems like they are doing some behind the scene fraud/scamming. They do not return your calls once you no longer have an active account with them. Oh but they will blow you up for payments. So glad I was able to get out of my loan with OneMain. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Started my loan process online because I didnt really want to work with anyone if i could avoid it. Boy was I wrong. Joseph reached out to me via phone and immedietly made me very comfortable and ensured i had everything i could need to make a souund decision with them. The process was quick and even when we were waiting on documents he kept in great communication with me just to keep me in the loop and ensure i didnt feel forgotten about. Thankful thats who i got for my account!

The process from beginning your application to closing the loan offer is pretty good. The service can be a hit or miss due to their employees seemingly being overworked and overbooked. Your representative may or may not stick to appointments and that’s when things become frustrating. Several times I made an appointment only to be told that my agent is no longer available. I had to call over and over to be able to finally close the loan offer. Also, they asked for several documents which is fine, but even after sending them the documents, they keep asking for more and more overtime. Instead of just asking for all of them in the first place. Doing this prolongs the time you will be able to close the loan offer. Overall, it’s decent, but I’m glad they helped whenever they could.

Very happy with my experience with OneMain.Karen was awesome and made everything easy to understand.They give you a Legit loan with no hidden penalties and you can pay off early if you like.I have No problem doing business with them in the future.
