BMO Harris Bank, Sedona, AZ

BMO banks are outstanding. I want to particularly commend the bank in Sedona, Arizona. We drove to this bank from Las Vegas last week, a round trip in one day. Of course, our business needs were immediately and efficiently cared for. In addition, we were offered water and restrooms, as well as treats and water for our puppy. We are only disappointed in one area--that there are no BMO banks in Nevada! BMO offers the best services and the most friendly and caring employees in each bank and phone service also.

VERY POOR PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU END UP IN A CALL CENTER IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRY WITH A PERSON WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. TOO MAKE MATERS WORSE BMO DOES NOT PROVIDE FOREIGN AGENT ABILITY TO TRANSFER CALL TO THE USA.
