Our loan officer, Phyllis, was beyond amazing. She was so helpful and supportive throughout our construction loan process and right into converting us to a mortgage. The house build was a long 9 month process, and Phyllis was there every syep of the way helping us. We truly felt like she always had our interest at heart and was always fighting for us.
