Our experience working with Heather, our loan originator, from Edwards Financial Services, was a pleasure! Heather was excellent at communicating with us during the whole process. When we had questions, she promptly answered and clearly explained the loan details. Heather immediately began to search for a lender that would best suit our needs. Isaiah was amazing to work with! During a time where rates are rising daily, he was patient and professional through what would have been a frustrating process. He worked with me through three different loan options (I am sure I was a pain to work with at times) and was cool, calm and collected through the whole thing. I ended up getting into a home I love, with a reasonable payment and Isaiah made the whole thing more pleasant. 10/10 would reccommend and would work with him in the future.

Ray Edwards is one of the loveliest people I have had the pleasure of working with! He helped guide me through the entire process of buying a home for the first time. He was kind, empathetic, thoughtful, dedicated and so hardworking! Despite how busy he was, he always made me feel like a priority and feel like no question was ever too small nor too silly! Whenever there were minor speed-bumps, Ray went out of his way to ensure they were handled without any delays in the overall process. Due to the insanity that is home-buying in 2021, there was an issue with being able to schedule an appraisal to be able to close on time. Ray went above and beyond to ensure that the appraisal was scheduled and all deadlines were met. He was a joy to work with and is a pleasure to know. I feel very grateful to him for his help!

We worked with Isaiah Slutter on the financing of our new home in Maricopa. He was knowledgeable and very patient with us as we worked our way through the whole process.
