I would like to thank Diana Holiman and Scott Andrew for taking on my home lending process! It was quite a job. I had great credit and a good down payment. But there were soo many unknown issues and variables that kept creeping up with the home I wanted to purchase, during the most difficult time in our current history of home buying...I had already been through two other lenders, only to be let down and out of pocket appraisal money. It was an emotional rollercoaster, to say the least. That's when I found Diana and Scott. They saved me and the home I wanted to purchase for my mother and I. So I could care for my mother during her last months. They worked hard to find the right loan for me and made it happen. I also recommended them to my brother for his refinancing needs.
