Stopped by to pick up a birthday gift from Western Union. Employee’s attitude and stupidity are ridiculous! Agree with the previous review: no common sense! Left without the funds because my inner peace is more important than dealing with someone else’s life drama. There are many WU locations around with the proper customer service.

5 stars directly to the customer service rep that helped me with my LOC. Krushetta walker was courteous, informative and made the process smooth and simple. As a first time customer I wasn’t sure what my best options were but she was patient and walked me through the steps and paperwork. All while keeping a nice smile on her face and keeping good conversation. Not to mention she knows her sports. I sure will be returning to do more service with this business.
