Help pay my car off and have some money in my hands

Hello, If I can give a 0 star I would, simply because Onemain Financial in Alameda California has no integrity. I spoke to Suzie to refinance my current loan and she told me I was approved and scheduled me for a 3:00 pm appointment today only to find out 2 minutes away from their location that I won't be able to get the loan. It felt like someone just punched me in my stomach so I called them back and spoke to a manager to get a clarification of what happened. But Britney was no help at all being that she's a manager she just made everything even worse. She flat out lied and tried to blame me that it was all my fault. This is unacceptable! You can't treat people like that let alone your customer, you don't know what they're going through. I'm going to report them to Better Business Bureau for dishonesty. Now not only that they made my credit score worst, they also wasted my time and gas. These people are horrible!

Funds were incorrectly withdrawn from my account, and I never received a reason why. I sent an email to customer service with screen shot and never heard back. I am start to doubt the integrity of one main financial.

Tricked me into running my credit without letting me know what it was for horrible training for the staff need to be more efficient with information be aware from what you get through the mail
