I bought into a newly developed townhome community. Prime Lending was the preferred mortgage lender by the builder. Graham was my liaisons from Prime Lending. Of course you get suspicious when any builder is trying to get you to use a specific lending company. It truly ended up being a God send. Graham was so easy to work with. He made sure I had everything I needed to get me ready to go into a mortgage. You see my townhome wasn't even built yet. Graham began working with me long before it was time for the actual loan processing , just to make sure everything was in order when the home was fully built and ready to occupy. I have purchased a number of homes. This by far was the least stressful of any of those events. My son Ryan called it , controlled stress. I got an unbelievable rate based on the prep work we did ahead of time. A rate that no one has been able to beat to this day. I get calls all the time to refinance my home.
