Nancy helped me with securing a mortgage. As a first time buyer, she really took her time to explain all the programs available to me. She was always prompt and professional in all of her communications with me. Having been warned that the loan process is what usually causes problems when buying a property, I was worried. This is my second time going to Nancy for our financing. She first help us with purchasing our first home and was so great at waking us through the entire process. Yet because we were using FHA financing, she promised to keep an eye on rates so that we could take advantage and refinance into a no MI program when the time was right. Well two years later rates improved and she reached out to us & helped us save $300/mo on our mortgage and removed the MI for good! So happy to have a lender who cares about us and our goals. We always tell our friends and family to work with her as we know she is honest and trustworthy.
