Rude staff with poor communication skills.

As you know when you are in the store staff ask you to leave a review- first experience was decent which caused me to return/second experience changed my opinion if ever returning again! interest is sky high. Second beware of the term pre computed loan on your agreements and finally no matter the situation they would never be understanding to a traumatic situation. Even higher end loan companies can accommodate a situation. They must be doing that bad if for one missed payment could not waive a $10 late fee. Anyhow people there are way more option out there PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not fall into this mistake!!!!! I was desperate both times and learned the hard way instead of just asking my bank even with a lower credit score!
