Got great help from Nadia! She helped me during the whole process of my loan and made it as easy as possible. After I was approved for my loan I got my funds into my bank account in less than 2 hours!!

I always get sent mail of loans with horrible rates. I’m pretty sure this is one of those companies that let you qualify easily but will be in debt for a long time or your monthly payments will do little to nothing on what you owe due to the high rates.

If I could give the 0 stars I would . So my husband listed my number on his application because the times they call he’s at work and he can’t answer . The associate that called me both times was extremely rude . If you’re bitter about your job then don’t show up tf is it our fault that you’re unhappy with yourself? If the manager isn’t checking their employees about their behavior or attitude they are at fault too. Dont do business with these people it’s not even worth it

My account, which has been in Chico office near my home for 15 years, was recently transferred to this office simply because I have my mail sent to my PO Box where my business is here in Anaheim. My residence up north has a rural mailbox and I only check the mail there once every week or two and mail has been stolen there. Here it is safe in the PO Box until I have time to check it. I have requested to change my account back to Chico but they refuse since I receive my mail in Anaheim. I much prefer to deal with Holly in the Chico office as I have for all these years where my home is. I have been very happy with One Main until they decided to transfer my account to a different office with people I don't know or care to deal with. I AM NOT HAPPY!
