Auburn Branch: Great customer service with a local feel. Some of the tellers even used to greet me by name when I walk in the door. I'm downgrading my rating because they've had a lot of turnover lately and lost a lot of the personal touch that I used to love so much.

They know your name. Even when they're busy they say hi and most times bye. Everyone is friendly..I think I will continue doing my banking with them. Haha I've been banking with them ever since a scotty account for my nephew and he's at Cal Poly now, even before then. Long time.

I've done all my auto loans through First US since 1985. They are always quick, friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them.
