Umpqua Bank, Auburn, CA

I truly have enjoyed every time that I had to go to this branch of Umpqua. I feel like Norm walking in to Cheers. So friendly n welcoming.

umpqua branch bank atm took 3000 cash deposit and my umpqua atm card no receipt , nothing. the dispute was filed on the 11-11-21 and they said it would take up to 10 days to get an answer. now they are saying 45 days. This is criminal theft. I took all the money out! They also said they can't control what happens with the branch atm in front of the bank. Wow really! How many days does it take to open the machine and do a count ! ? 45 days

I have had good and bad experience at this bank. Candace is excellent person for customer service and was extremely helpful opening my 3 accounts. The manager up front not so friendly and has a chip on her shoulder. I call it like I see them. Closing at lunch is Unacceptable on a Friday. Customer service is everything up front manager needs some lessons on being friendly and not sounding fake. I witnessed her lecture a elderly customer. Not good I left Wells Fargo for a friendlier bank not seeing it yet.

I am so impress with Umpqua Bank. We filed for the Cares Loan stimulus offered to small business. Umpqua Bank guided us all the way. Always answering my questions with the attitude that no questions is to small. Always, updating us with the status. The staff at the Auburn branch has always been the best! I see why it comes from the top. Umpqua cares! I would highly recommend Umpqua Bank. Thank Vicki and Dineen Anderson!
