I cannot say enough about Veerak Eao, Branch Manager at the One Main Financial, Mall View Road branch. I moved four years ago to the Los Angeles area and realized what a compassionate and understanding individual he is, as well as, the staff he supervises. I was at the end of my rope with the lack of communication, rudeness and inaccurate information from the LA branches of One Main Financial. I remembered how he was considerate, exchanged information with me and I not once felt embarrassed. One phone call to him and my problem was resolved.
