Since getting a loan my husband and I have had financial ups and downs and have been very late on payments or unable to make payments and they have been very understanding and helpful. They have countless times made arrangements to help us such as deferring payments and lowering payments. I have not had not one unpleasant encounter with any of the staff.
Several years in and I am so disappointed in them, for several reasons!
As we all know finances change. I asked to change my monthly due date and because my due date was changed in 2016, 6yrs ago, they refused.

First off .. the loan process is pretty fast. Depends on who helps you tho.. my last loan process was a complete wast of my time. Once I was there I was told I needed additional info to proceed. I had to reschedule for the next day. So pretty much drove out there for nothing.

If you get paid bi weekly , there are months that they charge 3 times and still charge interests when in reality that 3rd charge should all go to principle!!
They schedule you for 2 charges a month bi weekly and that extra charge goes in and they do nothing to tell you about it. So I’d suggest you call them and have them cancel the payment and have them recharge it all to principle !
Any way they’ve helped me out a lot . Other than that I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs credit cards payed and have addiction money.

It took over 9 days to get the loan. I couldn't get the agent assigned to my account to return my calls or e-mails. I would try to ask her questions about the loan and how it works because it was my first time doing this type of loan but she would cut me off mid sentience and give me short, vague answers which kept me totally clueless about the whole process. I took a total of 3 days off trying to make myself available for her, she'd say she would come take photos of the car and then I wouldn't hear from her for a few day's. I wanted to go down to the office and demand that she communicate with me and keep her commitments to me but my husband asked me to wait because he feared that she would deny my loan if i made her angry. I was about to call the manager when she finally called and apologized. Right before the loan was finalized she started talking about EXTRA insurance for my home and medical bills and the way she worded it, i felt i had to choose to take it in order to get the loan. It wasn't untill after i had signed my agreement that I saw a sign on the wall saying it wasn't necessary. That made me even more upset, because who REALLY goes into an establishment and starts reading all the signs posted. She could have verbally TOLD me when she was giving me the "sales push" for that insurance that i didn't have to ACCEPT it in order to get the loan. I found the experience unnecessarily stressful and I believe that if I had a diffrent agent I would have had a better experience. I don't blame the lender for my experience, my credit is poor. However, if you get the agent i was assigned to be stronger than i was, don't let her gloss over your questions. Be firm! If she won't return your calls ask for a different agent. Good luck.

Edited: If you’re in a bind and needing a quick/easy way out then OneMain will be your ticket. BUT, you will be paying for EVER! They will help you in a bind and defer a payment or 1/2 a payment but tack that interest on heavy at the end. They will seem great for a while but then you will realize you are so far UPSIDE DOWN in your loan.
Over 8yrs later and I am nowhere closer!
And my finances changed therefore I requested to change my due date from the 1st to the 15th and they denied it because in 2016 I had already requested a due date change. Really, 7yrs ago. Shame on them! They literally told me there’s nothing they can do for me and when I told them I’m going to keep being late because I have no options they said I’m going to keep getting late charges. Wow! I lost all respect I had for this company and the people I dealt with in their office!
