They are inside Albertsons not next to Marshalls. I did let them know their location is wrong but it look like they do not care about it. Also, they charge $3.00 per transaction at the ATM for not having an account with them even if it is another Credit Union account you have.

My experience today in there was not the best. I had to witness a young lady get spoken to in a rude manner by the manager. He could of been having a bad day which I try to understand because we are all human. But the attitude toward her was just too much. She kept her cool, something that would of been hard for me to do given the situation. As I was deciding to whether get involved or not, it seemed like she left to get her husband from their car. It still didn’t sit right with me though so i’m most likely moving my accounts to a different credit union.

I was in there today and the teller I can’t remember his name unfortunately best he was the most helpful person!! He definitely went above and beyond to help me!!

They are listed as a co-op credit union, but they deny giving me that service

Sadly I had one of worst experiences that I have ever encountered while dealing with this bank. I have never experienced customer service where it was acceptable to be rude and lazy while a customer is seeking assistance. The bank as a whole refuses to acknowledge the poor customer service of their employees. I thought I would get better assistance when contacting the bank for help. I later learned from the BBB that Im not the 1st to have a complaint regarding their customer service.

I have had nothing less than excellent service from Altura Credit Union. From the time that I switched my account from Bank of America until now, I'm so glad that I'm now banking with Altura Credit Union. Bank of America has the rudest manager that they could of ever hired, Chrisey. I was a Bank of America customer for over 30 years & due to her, I will never be a Bank of America customer again.

This bank is sucky they do not help you. I have an account with Navy Federal and when I deposit my money $200 cash I can’t even get my money back. I hate this bank. I will never ever deal with them in my life again.
