Had a great experience. I got assistance by one of the workers that works there and he assisted me on finding what I needed and appointed me in the right direction. The employees name was Luis he was a very helpful especially because it was my first time in the pawn shop. I also received great sales.

These guys are so nice. Give great advice on selling items. Wonderful selection of items for sell including collectable toys, watches, powertools, slot machines and tons more. Guys working there are really friendly.

Very knowledgeable they had honest answers to the questions I asked. Purchased some great items I feel great about the items I purchased . Definitely would recommend them to everyone!

Great customer service and quality items. As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted by the staff and owner. Definitely felt welcomed. Would recommend this place to anyone. This place Has great prices and have a wide selection of goodies in the store.

As shocked as I am to see the review score this pawn shop holds. It is not surprising because these guys really are what every pawn shop should aspire to be. They 're fair, honest good people. I will go out of my way to come here if I need something pawned. In fact, I live over an hour away and I made a stop here today. It's like wishing you could find an auto mechanic that you can trust but with pawn these guys won't do you wrong. As long as you're not unrealistic and realize that this is a business then you will be treated how you feel. You should. Love you guys... A+

Parlets Jewelry & Loan is amazing! Brian, and Luis went above & beyond, and were very patient with me. Right now they are offering 50% off right on all the jewelry, and Christmas is coming I just picked up a 2 carat 14 karat gold cross for $150. just can’t beat it. I am absolutely thrilled, and the diamonds are of high quality, no carbon.. I also just put 20 bucks down and it’s $15 a month so you pay it off if you want to??? How can you beat that!
