This is the first review that I have ever done , but I had to give credit where credit is due . Guys , I don’t even have the words to express how good JOHN WADE is at his job !!!!!! This man is the best at what he does !!! Let me back track my story a little … back in April I opened up escrow with a lender by the name of DHI mortgage ( WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY) . They couldn’t close my loan after six months of waiting. I was so mentally exhausted and ready to give up on looking for a house. I was then introduced to John Wade by a good friend that spoke so highly of his work ethics and how good he was as a lender. Let me tell you guys … when I spoke to JOHN WADE the first time I knew that he was going to get the job done . John is so passionate at what he does !! He went into depth on ways to improve my credit prior to mortgage closing to obtain the best interest rates . He was transparent about how the market fluctuations and how this could affect my interest rates . He was knowledgeable on every aspect of the different types of mortgage loans and presented them all to me and explained each one in detail . He was always available for questions at the drop of a dime . This man really loves what he does !!IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD MORTGAGE LENDER , PLEASE STOP SCROLLING AND CALL JOHN WADE . .
