Worst lender I've ever submitted a mortgage to. By far, they are the most incompetent lender I've ever worked with. They'll drag your funding out to 90 days repeatedly requesting documents already provided, taking 15 days to underwrite a loan, 4 days to review conditions and at minimum of 6 additional days to fund after the California 3 day rescission period expires. I'm seriously starting to question if they're experiencing liquidity issues and purposefully delaying funding loans until they sell off other loans first. I'm glad I only have 2 clients with them, they'll never get another client from me as long as I'm alive. Stay far away from these guys.

Mega Capital is a great company! If you have a jumbo loan this is the place to go.

I have had nothing but a HORIBLE experience with Mega Capital. It took months (Yes Months) for them to process what should be a simple refi. And because THEY took so long, they were continually asking updated statements. If you have another option - I would go elsewhere!

Had the pleasure of working with this lender on a recent transaction, and can say their communication skills, efficiency, and professionalism are huge highlights for me. And as a title processor/agent, i don't hand out compliments to lenders often.
