California Check Cashing Stores, Concord, CA

I have been using this place to cash checks for the last 10 years and I’ve always had great customer service they treat me very very good. I think a lot of these people leave bad reviews just because they have some bogus check to cash or they won’t loan them money because they never paid it back from A previous loan. This company owns a lot of check-cashing throughout the bay area and they are all connected and people do not understand that if you burn one the other one knows. I have always seen them be very helpful and polite to the customers.

BEWARE! Severe is extremely slow, they don’t have a clue how to do the job correctly. I wasted 30 minutes of my time just to tell me at the end they could not help. Went somewhere else and the got the job done within a few minutes.

Terrible service. Lady’s that work here need to go back to day 1 of training. Will never come here again. Don’t trust these lady’s with your money! So upset I even have to give 1 star:(

I have been using the services of this business for years. They can be a bit expensive so prudence is justified. The things I like about them is the staff is friendly and the hours are much later than traditional banks. I also like that an ID is not always needed when they have gotten to know you and they will also have a picture of you from previous on their screen. I have used them also for sending money or putting money on a debit card so I can use that card on the web where I feel more comfortable giving out the number knowing my liability is limited.

I really think the employees are wonderful, they have soo much rift raft they have to sort out through the day fraud, I’d left etc.etc. I wouldn’t blame them for attitude, but in my 10 yrs of experience as a customer 300 days outta the year, I’ve never once seen an employee be rude to a customer. I seen the employees being screamed at & called all sorts of names, spit at, but still the girls kept themselves professional,

Been coming here for years. Believe it or not I even met my wife here when she worked at this location. Needless to say it has always been a pleasure doing business with the staff here and they are always professional and positive even when they have more challenging customers they handle it with such grace every time. Shaima has always been such a big help also she is very knowledgeable and always says hi to me by my name when I come in. It's always nice to feel so welcomed. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL OF YOUR PATIENCE AND HARD WORK.
