After checking out a couple of Jewelry places, I came across El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted. The other places were no help or willing to help. When I walked in El Cajon Jewelry and Loan I was greeted right away by 2 young female staff members. They were very polite. As I explained to one of the young ladies what I wanted, right away she said, “of course I can help you.” She was very friendly and full of positive vibes and energy. I will never forget the experience and amazing customer service she provided. Thank you McKenzie for all your help.

The employees were very nice and helpful; Kenzie gave excellent recommendations for jewelry and I was able to buy some really beautiful pieces. I even put some on layaway for the holidays. They have a really good and varied selection of items and their staff is knowledgeable. The owner is an expert on gems too so if you need something appraised or reset he's very professional.

I got a solid gold brand new chain from these guys and honestly can’t thank you enough. Gary and McKenzie right away took 40% off and I got my chain and cross! Can’t thank you enough for working with me and being so kind. Please don’t waste your time or money any where else.

First time ever here never coming back 50 cents for a 3 games that's worth $50 in the current market, and won't take them with out the system, why would you open every single case and the not offer me anything cause I don't jave the system? Well, after 30 years together, we finally decided to get married... at the last minute! My husband was looking at Pawn shops to buy himself a wedding band. He had heard you can get more for your money if you check out the Pawn shops. We went to El Cajon Jewelry and Loan and after trying on a few rings, he found the one he wanted. It is just his style- flashy! This was the only shop we went to. McKenzie was very helpful, as was Gary. They knew the wedding was only a couple of days away. McKenzie helped him get sized properly so they could send the ring off to be made larger. Gary ensured it was back in time for the wedding. That was so nice and we truly appreciated it. They both were great. No pressure at all and happy to show us the rings and tell us about each one before we found the right one. I mentioned that I have some jewelry that needs to be repaired and McKenzie said they can send it out to their jeweler to get the repairs done if I wanted to have them do it for me. So, I will be back to get the repairs done for my own jewelry as well. On Monday, after we were married, McKenzie called us to congratulate us! That was so thoughtful. We will definitely be back the next time we are looking for jewelry. I am very happy and impressed with El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. Thanks McKenzie and Gary!

It’s not often enough that we recognize others who work in the service industry. I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the folks here and to say, thank you. I walked thru the doors the other day and was greeted with a warm welcome. Devin initially assisted me with my inquiry and shortly thereafter, Mckenzie and Melisa jumped in to expedite the process. The conversation with all 3 employees was friendly, easy and enjoyable! I received a quote beyond my expectation for my items so all in all, it was a great day!
