There wasn't any line...staff were friendly and helpful ......very clean and organized....over everything was fine except the music that was playing..........

Been using Moneytree for a few years now when needed and its always a great experience. I was very impressed with my teller today I believe her name was Deejay. She greeted me with a warm smile and even remembered me from the transaction inquiry I made earlier over the phone. She was a pleasure to work with and carried out my request seamlessly. Great job Moneytree!

Door unlocked but nobody working here. 20+ people in line

The manager at this branch who’s name is Danielle was extremely rude to me after I showed frustration with their service, and rightfully so, she was extremely bias I felt and treated me indifferently due to my appearance and tattoos, after refusing to contact customer service so she could verify my check. I contacted customer service so she could verify my check after I went through the trouble of doing all of the verification myself she spoke with the customer service at my bank and still denied me after verifying information. I have never had issues with the money tree and have been a customer for years. I highly recommend the money tree in San Diego. And strongly advise against this one terrible customer service.

Everyone is always so helpful and cheery I just love the customer service. They all go above and beyond for me and that is a good quality in a business.

The assistant General manager went above and beyond to help me get my loan with my social security I recommend Moneytree for all your money business.
