ACE Cash Express, Fresno, CA

Great friendly place to cash checks and get a "sorta" free debit card. I dislike the customer service experience when calling in and they love making mistakes to get the company more money. (I have received two debit cards in the mail and to find out one card is negative 3 dollars for a application fee and the other one sync to the account I already paid for the fee and as well I deposited 100 it the account and they charged me a total on 9 dollars in fees to be with them and both ace cashing and customer service both stated there's nothing they could do with is bs)

For one 1st time check I had to give my SSN, address, rank and file work date you know I don't get it my Military ID wasn't almost good enough. Yes the check was cashed but it's a bit much for a 1st time customer. Maybe somethings should be not done. Did you know a Military ID trump's most ID. I understand the date issue but it says INDEF.
