Check Into Cash, Fresno, CA

Ever since Ivan left. They hired a whole bunch of idiots, that have no idea how to communicate with customers. I make a payment, and nobody looks at the notes before they call you and say, hey, can you make a payment? I'm like, I already did over an hour ago. Then they, oh, ok, sorry I didn't look at your account. Zero communication and then note the wrong information. Ivan was so professional and knew that if it was their mistake, he would fix it. Not these noobs. They make a mistake and the customer still has to pay for their mistake. And then say that it's the customers fault. I'm paid off and never going there again.

The workers do not know what they are doing. Instead of giving you a payday loan they're trying to open lines of credit this is no longer a check into Cash this is now a third party credit provider. It should be clear. They waste your time here. Do not use this place.

100% recommend check into cash, they are super friendly and fast! I love that I can be in and out whenever I have unexpected expenses come up!

I been meaning to post a review but I keep forgetting . I promised the girls I would post a review. Every time I have came here with my mother I have had a pleasant amazing experience thanks to Jessica she has been incredibly sweet and kind to my mother. Everyone else is also very heartwarming and kind. But Jessica goes above and beyond , she helped my mother sign her documents she got out of her work space and came to help my mom since my mother has Parkinsons she has trouble signing . She was very kind. Don't listen to the bad reviews they are from people that have nothing better to do then spread hate. My mother went in their to pay her loan and when she came back home she told me she gave Jessica $400 instead of $300 and that she immediately gave them back to her. She also gave my mother a green dot gift card which my mother enjoyed alot. Do not hesitate to come into check into cash you won't regret it at all. Great customer service!

This location was so great. Everyone behind the counter was inviting, cheerful, and extremely helpful. The total experience was easy and seamless. I will definitely go back when I need help.

Nice office here and the staff is really professional. They help each other out and that shows cohesion and great teamwork. I had made a money order (at another place of business) and filled out the front side, made it out to myself, about to deposit it thru my phone. Didn't see the notice till i was about to endorse it but noticed the print saying "mobile deposit prohibited." The most frustrating thing, even with a receipt, the place wouldn't refund or pay out their own money order. I took it back the same day hoping they could help me out. But they refused me. So I walked into check into cash and they serviced me less than 30 minutes . Took that money and bought another money order through them and finally got to deposit it into my bank. It gets frustrating banking online but I've always been with USAA and this is how i deposit my money.
