Horrible experience with iMortgage. If it wasn't for my real estate agent, I don't think we would have been able to close. They were irritated and short with me every time I asked a question, could not give me a time line for ANYTHING, then we missed closing and ended having to pay for unnecessary repairs because they screwed up the escrow paper. Now today I get an email saying the 1098 they sent out previously is wrong and to expect a new one.... I now have to amend my state and federal taxes. DO NOT USE iMORTGAGE!!!

Wonderful service. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way. All the people on the team i worked with were very proactive making sure i had every paper underwriting would need. Securing a loan these days is not a fun experience - this team made it is as easy as possible :) thank you kevin. tricia. tonya. rochelle
