Brandon and his team are fantastic! They are one of the best business I've worked with. They really went above and beyond my expectations. Here are some of the highlights: 1. They are very responsive. We casually went to an open house and unexpectedly fell in love. We knew it would go fast, so I contacted L.O.A.N Services and immediately Brandon started working on our preapproval and got it done THAT DAY. Not only that but it was Easter and he was on vacation. I was not expecting that at all. Our offer did not get accepted but we continued to work with him and bought a different house. At every point Brandon and his team were very responsive and attentive. 2. They are skilled at finding loans for unusual situations. My spouse and I own a small business and work there full-time (not salaried). That was no problem. 3. They think through everything to get you the BEST loan possible. Brandon listened to our needs and found us a loan with a great rate and a recast option (so that we can put more money into our mortgage if our business is doing well, and recalculate/reduce our monthly payments). I would not have known to ask for that, but am so happy he offered it. 4. They are very knowledgeable and can answer any question. Once I realized how knowledgeable Brandon was, I asked a ton of questions and learned a lot! 5. You can trust that you're getting the best. Whenever I work with a service-based business (doctor, etc.) I double check everything because a lot of people miss things here and there. Brandon's team did not miss anything the entire time we worked with them. As I asked more questions, I realized more and more just how thoughtful they were when picking out our particular loan. 6. They're awesome people! Brandon checked in when he didn't need to. Everyone is super friendly. They are just easy to work with, and they actually care about you. This was our second time buying a home. The first time was in another state and I honestly don't remember interacting with our mortgage broker at all except to sign stuff. Highly recommend Brandon.
