Both were always very responsive as I had many questions during the whole process. They helped my son and his wife purchase their first home as well. Very disappointed. We were very loyal clients, always used MVF for our transactions and you'd assume they would take that into account but we have been left in the dark throughout the process of the current financing process. We decided to walk away due to no communication and lack of action. Luckily there are other institutions out there who value their clients and clients' time. Disappointed. Truly.

I called different places and I was rejected because the person who answered the call didn't have the knowledge of my type of loan, they responded with we don't do that type a loan,I called Mid Valley and while the person who answered the call didn't have the knowledge or experience she transferred my call right away to someone who had the knowledge and experience.
