Employees was super nice but the reason why I only gave it a three stars because I Cash my check here for $900 just to walk out with only $853!! The percent is crazy high.. the reason why I didn’t deposit it in my bank because they usually have it on hold for days or two. So I came here. Other then that it was alright.

Horrible customer service. The details on the loan were not explained thoroughly and when I tried to bring back the check back within 20 mins of leaving here they said No. I indicated that I was misled and I didn't want the money but their customer service 800 number told me there was nothing they could do. And when the associate at this location called her district manager Liz, about this, she didn't want to help either. Bad business. Don't ever come here. They stole $100 from me, after not wanting the money I originally asked for they still charged me the interest fee...BAD!

The agent was unprofessional and rude and completely not in the mood to help ANYONE . Thinking maybe she had a off day I recommended the business to a friend who was in a emergency situation needing a payday loan ... I drove her down here and have been waiting 2hrs and 10 min as of now AND SHE IS ONLY CUSTOMER IN ESTABLISHMENT. Update: the agent was on phone telling friend she is gonna need to wait and was unnecessarily rude... IF CUSTOMER SERVICE AIN'T YOUR THING DON'T WORK IN IT PPL

They won't let you send money with Western Union without "building you a profile" in their system. I came in for a simple transaction I make every month and have every ID, document, western union rewards card and NOPE! they won't do business with you without completing their own "profile" of you... In addition, they are trying to sell me services and loans, handing me flyers and trying to talk to me about them even when 1, I don't care and not interested 2, people are waiting to be served behind me... What is wrong with this business?
