Update: What's the point of contacting your company if your unethical rates are still going to remain the same? Companies like yours take advantage of people who think they have to borrow money for emergency or furniture, when they end have family or friends, or they can save money for the purchase. My rating stands. I'd give you all a zero if allowed. 3 weeks: This rating is for the company, not the customer service. Find a way to get the money other than from places like this or Onemain Financial. I borrowed money for a funeral and received the GoFundMe me before the check even processed. I paid an $87 paperwork fee for nothing. Don't ever borrow money to save, the interest rates they use will be triple your ROI. What you buy with the money, you'll pay much more after it's all said and done.

My husband and I had the best experience here. Always so polite and very helpful. Everything is explained to you before you sign those documents. I would do business with them again!

The ladies there are really helpful and nice. I felt welcomed when walking through the door. Amazing service, I would go to them again and recommend anyone else too as well.

This company sucks. They owe me a $500+ Refund and they said it was mailed within 10 working days, then they stated tgey mailed another one Friday. One week later...i have NOT RECEIVED ONE CHECK. LIARS
