IDK who's the new manager now but when I called because i got laid off from my job the guy mentioned about my unemployment instead of helping me that is ridiculous i cant wait for this pandemic to be over and paid off my loan out of them as they charge me full amount per month i don't mind if im working but im living off by unemployment atm the new manager didn't help and complaint and then suddenly brought up unemployment money they should be more considerate during this time so far they've been withdrawing out my money not even contacting me so I am just leaving a review thru google instead of emailing them I emailed customer service never heard a thing from them I renewed my loan this last year because of their manager Jessica she was super nice and helpful but whoever replaced her doesn't have compassion and just greedy

I applied online and online told me that I was approved just needed a little more information. They called me and then said I was completely denied. They need to get the story straight and quit taking people out. They are scam artist do not come here.
