I went to cash a check, and the young guy in there was asking me where and how I got the check, implying that I had done some kind of scam because I’m African American. He was very rude and I’m NEVER going back there again! Horrible HORRIBLE service!

FOLLOW UP Can the owner or person in charge reach out to me regarding the service I received at this location. I was kicked out called a liar and denied service after the employee had already called my employerand was going to cash my check but refused realizing that I had left a poor review weeks earlier. I included a screenshot from my location history and cannot believe the treatment I received today. I explained to her that my review was honest after having the door locked on me back to back days during posted business hours. She told me that she has been doing this for years and to leave immediately. what a huge liability this employee is for your business. Discrimination and retaliation for just leaving a review is unexceptable. I told her that I would make a follow up review and was told I'm evil she can't cash my check and she has my license plate number??? What does this have to do with anything? I wrote my review in the parking lot and saw that she was upset because she want to leave before posted business hours. I'm not a liar as I was accused of being today and will not tolerate this harassment from an employee who has obviously forgotten that the customer is the reason she is in business, please do the customer a favor by finding a job that doesn't require customers cashing checks during posted hours at a check cashing service location. Please flow up with me see attached screenshot for reference. Poor service I came two days during posted business hours fri sat and was turned away. She locked the door 15 minutes before closing time as I was walking up and went to the back area. I knocked on the door with no response so I called and was told that I need to come earlier and was hung up on. Obviously the owner of this business is unaware of this as I wrote this review I saw that 7 other customers were denied business during the posted hours. Follow up review. Wow unbelievable I was kicked out and refused service

This company is a fraud i received counter fit money when i cashed my check without knowing and i confronted the associate who cashed my check and she remembered me and I told her she gave me a fake 100.00 bill and refused to replace my funds. Also said that im responsible once i left the store how the hell am i suppose to know if i received fake money from a business thats there job to make sure incoming and outgoing money is real not fraud customers like they have treated me . I know im not the 1st customer to experience this.

This business activated a costumer card and Stole 17,000 baas enterprise inc was on her statement costumer making a police report we Spoke with 38 year Old owner they activated her card made a pin and pulled off 17,000 in 20 mins at this check cashing place what check cashing place release that much money with no identity This was a inside job they stole this woman money and home mail and activated her card !

Pathetic worst of the worst. Lazy, ignorant morans they hire. Go elsewhere as these sad excuses of humans should not be working nor this sad excuse of a company. Avoid at all cost.
