This place is amazing!!! I come here very often and I’ve talk to Melissa and some of the other employees ... couple of times but I have to say, she is the sweetest and most wonderful person there. I've always came to her, she had made me feel welcomed. :)

Ruben and Leslie was very helpful and kept a smile on my face and my daughter. I love their communication and their insert on things. I’ll recommend this shop over any other because of them two. Give them a raise I’ll say.

Decided to see what a pawn shop would say about a few items before officially tossing em into the donate pile. Sure grateful I’m not the type to judge off first impressions, (considering I had never stepped foot inside a pawn shop) and after a Two Second glance “Towards the items in my hand at the shop located beside the Wienerschnitzel on Avenue J. Knowing the difference between business and Rudeness, I headed towards Sierra Highway for Platinum Jewelry & Loan Inc. within my first two steps in the door it was complete eye contact, kind smiles with a genuine greeting from all staff on duty, special thanks to Tim for being himself, a kind, knowledgeable, honest good soul. Melissa is the best employee I only ask for her or Gary because they are no match when it comes to the business. Melissa needs to be a manager because she know her stuff. Thank you so much platinum keep up the amazing work.

I go to a lot of shops and I was impressed with the large collection of jewelry this place has to offer. Carlos helped me and was very nice and took his time. I like that he let me do my own picking and took his time. They offer a very generous discount on the items and if you’re looking for jewelry you should definitely put this place on your list to stop and shop!
