We just bought our first home and used Loan Depot in Livermore for our VA home loan. Our loan consultant, Maureen Torretto, was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced in working with veterans. She always answered our questions and replied in a very timely manner. She anticipated most of our concerns and questions and even addressed some we hadn’t thought of yet. She held our hands through the entire process, carefully explained everything, and made the whole experience easier. With her help, we were able to close on our house in under 30 days! Maureen really cares about her clients, knows how to support veterans and VA loans, and we highly recommend her!

I submitted a request for a HELOC through Lending Tree. I was contacted by Dave Pollock from Loan Depot. After answering a bunch of his questions, he tells me he only offers a refinance or home equity loan product. He the wants me to explain WHY I want a HELOC. When he didn't like the answer he got, he hung up on me!!! Really? Never, ever, do business with this company. They could care less about their customers and they will hang up on you as thanks for inquiring about their product.
