I’ve heard great things about Patelco but I have tried to open an account for 2 months. The lady her name is Karen Lewis was very nice, but for some odd reason she wont contact me when she says , gave me some excuse as to why I couldn’t open the account and said she’d contact me when everything’s done. Never got a call and she didn’t respond to my email. I’m sure she’ll look like she’s seen a ghost if I go in and ask her what’s going on. Thank God I actually don’t need to do that though I’ve found a better credit union and I don’t have to worry about it anymore …I thought I’d tell about this experience. Never experienced anything like that in my life and Hope no one else does

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable about products that the credit union has for the customer. Better rate than my former bank Chase. No monthly service charges like B of A that really hurt a person finanises. The reason i gave then a 4 star instead of 5 is their hours of operations.

Not sure why credit unions boast about this CO-OP BS or even just being convenient. The only bank open after 5pm (I'm sure I'm not the only person who works until 5pm) is Patelco and they don't reciprocate the CO-OP but you know for damn sure their members use other banks CO-OP. I'm so done with these banks, nothing but disappointment. I hate to sound like I'm 100 years old but banks didn't use to be like this. There was a time when they were helpful, although "bankers hours" was a thing and still is I guess....

First off you have to be buzzed in like you’re going into a prison. But then once you’re in you’re never greeted. This morning I attempted to open a checking account savings account transfer my credit card. But all they did was Refuse me service despite the fact that I moved from the area where I was eligible to another area that I was according to their website. Then I spent more than an hour on hold trying to talk to somebody at customer service

I had to resolve a check that I had deposited twice from my employer on accident. Erica Cary helped me from start to finish, to ensure my employer received their money back promptly. Livermore branch has always been super helpful and attentive to my questions, I will be a member for life. Thank you Erica you are killing it with the customer service.

Thanks Fabiola G. Rodriguez very professional. I rushed in 10 minutes before they were closed and Fabiola still helped me with a personal loan. The cashier next to her wasn't so friendly telling me to get their earlier but I won't get her trouble.

This place has the worst tellers in the world. The one in Dublin is nice. Their one ATM machine hardly works. I’d recommend signing up at a new credit union.
