Fast and friendly service. Honest, reliable, and most importantly PUNCTUAL staff. The homie IGNACIO always holds it down and gets you in and out within five minutes or less; talk about service! And ARIANA which in new to this location but not new to the company is doing a fantastic job. She’s got a very beautiful and welcoming smile and there is a certain charm about her that you feel when you walk in the building. Keep up the good work guys!

There is an employee there by the name Natalie, I believe. She refused to provide her name as she didn’t want a complaint filed. This employee has been disrespectful, UNPROFESSIONAL, and rude every single time we have came here. A few weeks ago I arrived to request a loan and this employee was on her her cell phone ignoring me FaceTiming someone cursing and yelling. She had a full conversation about inappropriate subjects such sex, “weed” and non work related things. When she finally acknowledged me she said “what do you want?” She continued with her phone conversation and dismissed me with no receipts or information. She needs to be properly trained in customer service! On 09/15/23 at approximately 3:15 pm, my mother went to get serviced and she received worse treatment from Natalie! This employee yelled, cursed, and insulted my mother in-front of a male employee. I don’t understand how this location has someone like this representing their company. We will not be coming here again. She needs to be educated on proper work conduct.
