Barry, one of the owners, is an amazing guy who tirelessly works on our files to make sure payments are timely collected and credited. His company is also audited! You cannot go wrong with the entire team at Superior Loan!

We have done business with Superior for more than 10 years and always have found them to be extraordinarily professional, responsible and ready and able to help. The service is always prompt and personal. The operator is extremely helpful and willing to explain in great detail what is being done on our behalf. The long and short is we've never had a problem executing complicated loans with Superior which is always on the ball and extremely helpful.

Their management and staff is highly experienced in private lending and stays up to date on the market and latest laws. Superior has been consistently been responsive to our queries. I have been using Superior Loan Servicing as my servicer for over 10 years. They have been great to work with and very responsive. They have also gone above and beyond to help me with a few questions I had not related to the loan they were servicing. Have tried others every couple years to check out pricing and the competition, and have always found staying with them is my best choice.

I have been doing business with this company for a year, but known Barry over 25 years from other businesses. I’m very happy and satisfied with Superior Loan Servicing. Keep up the good work! And their staff is great too!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not give any of your information to this company! They do not work with Aidvantage they try to take your initial payments from you by sending you documentation that you’re forwarding to another company. Luckily I canceled within three days but my loans were still consolidated without permission even after canceling because of this company. DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU DO FILE A POLICE REPORT THEY ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING! They are trying to take payments that you can do for free yourself! (This company is literally lying with their responses. I have physical emails of what they told me their company does which is exactly what I stated in my review. I highly suggest not trusting them. I would not be surprised if the positive reviews are fake accounts or people that are a part of the scam.)

Multiple staff members I spoke with were rude and dismissive, and even more concerning, their marketing does not clearly label their company as Superior Servicing. They make themselves out to be part of the FAFSA student loan department. Robert, one employee stated they were with the department of education, which was a lie. I am concerned I gave them personal identifiers. I would caution anyone to providing personal information to this company.
