Online quick loan took me 10 minutes to process, 30 minutes and cash was in my bank account. Customer Service was not super if you want to talk to a real person about the loan at the local office, where they suggested I go back online. But most Q&A was answered online, but it wasn't easy to get an actual human online to speak to. But, all-in-all, it's a good place to get a quick small loan for up to 30 days with no interest, just like a 15%+ fee.
